CrAzY
Mead Co. is like a quarter horse waiting
for the gates to open, so we can start
running! We have award winning recipes,
quality ingredients & fermenters
lined up and ready to crank up
production. We are waiting on our
licensing and permitting to be approved.
You would not believe the red tape, but
the people at the TTB & TABC are so
nice and helpful, we should be fermenting
pretty soon.
Making mead may be CrAzY & fun here
at the CrAzY Mead Co., but the Queen and
I are determined to pay for the best
ingredients, ferment at cool temperature,
no matter what the utilities cost and age
it as long as it takes to make the best
MeAd possible. We may be cranking up
production soon, but you won't be able to
taste it, until late Fall of 2009.

activities. Look for us at the Texas
Renaissance Festival. I will be the
skinny one in a Kilt staggering around
with a stein full of MeAd!
