CrAzY Mead Co. is licensed and we are
moving our location to Newton County
right next to our new brewery, the Texas
Big Beer Brewery. We hope to be up and
producing mead soon, but as you know, it
takes time to make a good mead.
For our first batch we are going to try
to do something we have never done
before. We want our first mead to be so
BIG and HIGH in alcohol that it can not
be sold legally in the state of Texas!
Not sure if it can be done, but follow
our progress and we shall see together.
We are shooting for 24% ABV and I hope we
don't go higher. If it goes higher
youwill never get to enjoy it and we will
have to drink it all ourselves.
We hope you will come visit us and the
Texas Big Beer Brewery when we are up,
running and open to the public
